Tim Shaffer

Coach, Speaker, Life-long Learner. Tim Shaffer has over 30 years of business operations and talent development experience. Most recently, Tim led Learning, Leadership Development and Performance Management for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Tim is sought after for his executive coaching, leadership development and team coaching practices.

"Arete" (AIR eh tey) is a greek word meaning to fulfill one's purpose with excellence. We equip leaders, teams and organizations to lead boldly, strategically and tap into the power of conflict to overcome business challenges. We have spent most of our lifetimes studying and learning human behavior, learning techniques and leadership qualities, in order to support organizations to succeed!
